We have been getting in to all sorts of spirits here in Oregon. First we have Roxy's first official Civil War watch party. For my friends to the south, the Civil War I am referring to is not the "War of Northern Aggression" but the annual Oregon State University v. University of Oregon football showdown. This year the winner got a one way ticket to the Rose Bowl. It was a very good game, however University of Oregon continued their streak of winning at home and will be playing the Rose Bowl against Ohio State. Here is a family pic dressed in our Beaver Gear.
Second is the Spirit of the Season. Many of you may have seen our trip to cut the tree, well we finally got it decorated. It is big and beautiful and you may notice gifts under the tree already. I am proud to say that my Christmas shopping is DONE, minus a couple of items to get once we get to Denver. I am very proud of myself, now I just need to get them mailed off.
